Poet Katharyn Howd Machan Visits the High School

Today, Dryden High School welcomed local poet Katharyn Howd Machan. As our HS Visiting poet, she conducted poetry workshops with several HS ELA classes and later gave a poetry reading in the library media center.
This event was part of our Poetry at Dryden MS/HS 2006 program with grant funding from the Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund, Poets & Writers, the Dryden Teachers Center, and Lori Harris, friend of Mrs. Cunningham.
